Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from our base in Australia. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched with intention because quality begins before it reaches your hands.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
During product launches or peak periods, please allow an additional 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
    Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.


International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • Standard International: 5–12 business days

  • Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the shipping provider directly. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.
