A: We want you to love your VON pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you may return unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Q: What condition should my item be in to qualify for a return?
A: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags. Each item is carefully inspected by our team, and VONFLUX reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a return or exchange can be approved.

Q: Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?
A: Absolutely. Exchanges are free and simple if the size or colour you need is available, we’ll send it out once your return is received.

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Q: Do you cover return shipping?
A: For orders within Australia, we provide a prepaid return label for exchanges. For refunds, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
